Taking into account the convenient location and the design solution of the buildings of shopping centers, the production and trade activities of the shopping center "PLAZA" are fully focused on the quality provision of the social needs of the population of the Botanica sector. On the first floor of the building, for the convenience of visitors, there is a supermarket of food and related products of the Green Hills Market, a well-known trading network in Chisinau, a shoe store “Zorile” and a lingerie store “Milavitsa”. The second floor of the shopping center is occupied by a store of the no less famous network of electrical household goods "Alina Electronic". To organize sports and cultural recreation for residents of the Botanica sector, the Niagara Fitness Club and the Plaza-Bowling bowling club function on the territory of the center.

Today the shopping center "PLAZA" at Str. Brancusi 3 is one of the most visited social and cultural facilities, which was appreciated by both residents of the Botanica sector and other visitors of our capital.

The building is a 38.5m x 53.5m frame commercial centre. The wall cladding is sandwich type wall panels, insulated with 100 mm thick mineral wool boards.

The building frame is metal. Column grid 6,0 m x 8,0 m. Part of the building dimensions of 12 x 31,5 m - three-storey + basement at 3.200. I floor height - 4.5 m, II floor height - 3.3 m, III floor height - 3.0 m.

In the basement, II and III floors are offices and administration, on the I floor and ramp - unloading goods, warehouse, culinary facilities.

Part of the building with dimensions in plan 41 x 31,5 m - two-storey. The height of the first floor is 4.5m. The first floor is covered with metal trusses, which made it possible to execute it as a hall, without columns.

The first floor houses a "Green Hills" supermarket, a drugstore, a bank. On the II floor - "Alina Electronic", "Green Hills", cosmetics.

The roof is pitched. Covering - roofing panels such as sandwich, insulation - mineral wool slabs thickness of 120 mm.

Lifts.

Two goods lifts with carrying capacity 1000 kg will be used for goods transportation. There is an escalator for transportation of visitors to II floor.

Electricity supply.

The power supply of the centre is carried out by two cable lines from the power station 983 with two transformers of 630 KVA each.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

There is a domestic boiler house with three wall hung boilers with a capacity of 45 KW for heating of water and heating of the local premises.

For air conditioning of the sales area (heating, cooling) there are 5 gas boilers (Roof-top) with capacity of 2 units of 240 KW, 2 units of 150 KW, 1 unit of 90 KW

Water supply and sewerage.

Water supply source is an existing water supply network Ø 300mm along Jinta Latine street. The network is circular. Sewage is discharged into the existing city network at Jinta Latina street.

At the rear façade of the IV floor there is a boiler room and rooms for a ventilation system for smoke extraction.

Walls.

Outside walls are made of Sandwich type panels, 120 mm thick. The filling of the "Sandwich" is mineral wool board. Partitions, separating commercial and sports halls from technical and ancillary premises - brick, interior office partitions - plasterboard.The main and side facades are equipped with stained glass windows.

Floors.

The floors in the halls and technical rooms are made of Porcenalat improved quality ceramic tiles. In the administrative and office areas there is linoleum. Carpeting in the fitness and arcade areas.

The centre has its own substation TP-2X400 RU-04 kV, which is powered from two independent sources (substation #353 and line 10 kV). In terms of power supply reliability the shopping centre is a category II consumer.

Ventilation, heating and air conditioning.

For heating, ventilation and air conditioning, 7 roof top air conditioners with a capacity of 150 kW each are placed on the roof.

For office space heating and hot water heating on the third floor there is a boiler house with two hot-water boilers with total capacity of 930 kW. The work of the boiler room is automated.

 Water supply and sewerage.

The water supply of the centre is carried out from the city water mains, located along the N. Jorg street.

The centre is connected to the main networks of sewage and storm sewage.

Technical protection systems.

The Center is equipped with a modern fire-extinguishing system, automatic smoke-extraction and warning system, the necessary fire-fighting equipment. The Centre is provided with modern means of communication.

The company S.A. "Melodia put into operation in December 2008 an industrial-commercial centre located in Orhei, at the intersection of the international roads Chisinau-Beltsi-Chisinau and Chisinau-Rezina with a total area of 7000 m 2. 

The industrial-commercial centre is made by reconstruction of a former building of the industrial case of a furniture factory. The building is one-storeyed, with a frame with column spacing of 6x18 meters. The columns and beams are precast reinforced concrete. The height to the bottom of the beams is 4.8 m.

The walls from the rear and side facades are made of expanded clay aggregate concrete panels, are insulated with mineral wool and covered from the outside with metal profile Lindap. On the side of the main facade there are double-glazed stained-glass windows.

The roof is reinforced concrete ribbed slabs with insulation, covered with 3 layers of soft roofing material. On the roof is located 5 skylights with dimensions of 6 x 48 meters (each).

Floors in all rooms are reinforced concrete with reinforcing frames and covered with Parcellanate tiles. The design of floors allows the installation of various technological equipment and free movement of technical vehicles.

The commercial centre is conventionally divided into 3 zones by coil partitions.

The internal layout of the zones is made of plasterboard and stained-glass partitions, which allow for easy dismantling and making new interior partitions according to the technological requirements of production. It provides for administrative, auxiliary, and storage areas at the rear façade of the auxiliary building. All areas have rooms for staff, catering, showers, toilets and other necessary facilities. These rooms are provided with heating, modern ventilation and air conditioning systems. The existing auxiliary premises can accommodate a staff (locker rooms, showers, etc.) for 500 people and more.

The Centre has a cafe-dining room for 200 persons. The canteen is supplied with gas and autonomous (it has a separate entrance from the rear facade).

The size of the industrial building in plan 103m x 60m.

Engineering provision. The centre has its own substation with two transformers with a total capacity of 1600 kVA.

Water and gas pipelines of medium pressure are connected to the centre from the main network of the city. There are sewerage and storm water systems. On object there is installed modern system of conditioning, ventilation and heating (7 roof conditioners "Roof-Top" and gas boiler with two boilers.

The property is provided with convenient access roads with through passage along the entire perimeter of the building. The total paved area is about 8000 m2, including the car park of 4000 m2.

The total area of the land, including buildings - 1.85 hectares. The area of free land plot located in front of the main facade of the centre - 0,5 ha.

Adjacent to the production and commercial centre is a three-storey administrative building with an area of 1200 m2. The building is to be renovated to meet future technological requirements.
